  • Entry Forms and Payment due by 4pm, Monday March 14, 2022 to the Leeton Visitors Centre or online below. No late entries will be accepted after this date.
  • Artworks to be delivered to Leeton Museum & Art Gallery, 27-33 Chelmsford Place Leeton, by 3pm, Monday April 11, 2022
  • Artworks to be collected after exhibition closes Saturday April 30, 2022 from 3pm–4pm
  • This form to be read in conjunction with Entry Form Booklet. All sections required.
